These terms apply to the StarterOps website, free resources, and Founding Facility launch toolkit.

Current product

Founding Facility Access is a one-time purchase of the current StarterOps launch toolkit described at checkout and on the website. It does not include every future software product, integration, service, or subscription unless expressly stated.

Facility license

The purchasing facility may use and adapt the toolkit for its own internal outside-operations team. The files may not be resold, sublicensed, published, or redistributed outside the purchasing facility.

Operational responsibility

StarterOps provides planning and management resources, not a replacement for facility policies, safety procedures, legal requirements, employee supervision, weather judgment, or management decisions. Each facility remains responsible for its operations and use of the materials.

Payment and delivery

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The confirmation page provides immediate access to the downloadable toolkit. A backup copy and setup instructions are sent to the email used at checkout within one business day. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and safeguarding delivered files.

Availability and changes

StarterOps may improve or revise website content and resources. Material changes do not retroactively expand the scope of an earlier purchase unless StarterOps expressly says so.
