The operational gap

Your team works hard. The day still gets scattered.

Text threads, paper checklists, radio calls, and memory were never designed to run a modern golf operation.

01

No shared picture of readiness

Managers chase updates while the team starts the day with different information.

02

Issues surface too late

Cart shortages, range needs, staffing gaps, and event changes become emergencies.

03

Handoffs live in people’s heads

Critical context disappears between morning, afternoon, and closing shifts.

One repeatable operating rhythm

Plan. Align. Execute. Close. Improve.

StarterOps creates a clear path from the first manager check-in to tomorrow’s opening plan.

01

Facility Profile

Set standards, fleet details, staffing rules, and opening expectations once.

02

Daily Check-In

Enter rounds, weather, events, staffing, and exceptions in minutes.

03

Readiness Brief

Turn inputs into priorities, assignments, risks, and a readiness score.

04

Shift Handoff

Keep open items, ownership, and context moving across every shift.

05

Tomorrow Ready

Close the loop and build the next-day plan before leaving the property.

The command center

Everything outside ops needs. Nothing it doesn’t.

A focused execution layer that works alongside your tee sheet, POS, scheduling, fleet GPS, and manager judgment.

01 / READINESS

Opening Readiness

See carts, range, bag drop, first tee, staffing, and facility conditions in one view.

02 / CONTROL

Live Issue Escalation

Flag problems early, assign an owner, and keep priorities visible until resolved.

03 / PEOPLE

Staffing Exceptions

Capture callouts, coverage gaps, role changes, and time-sensitive assignments.

04 / HANDOFF

Shift Continuity

Give the next manager a clean brief instead of a rushed radio call or text thread.

05 / EVENTS

Tournament Mode

Coordinate staging, signage, fleet needs, range timing, and service checkpoints.

06 / IMPROVEMENT

Built for operators

Created by Henry Austad

StarterOps was built from a sports-management and operations mindset: clear preparation, defined ownership, fast communication, and consistent execution. The goal is simple—give golf facilities a practical way to run outside services with less guesswork and better accountability.

Before you buy

Straight answers.

StarterOps is intentionally focused. It supports the outside-services team without trying to replace every system at the facility.

Who is StarterOps for?

Directors of Golf, Head Professionals, Outside Services Managers, and facility operators who oversee carts, range, bag drop, starters, rangers, events, staffing, and shift execution.

What is included for $59?

The launch toolkit includes the Daily Planning System, command sheet, readiness score, AI planning generator, training and certification tools, handoff and closing tools, and weekly operations review. It includes clean official print editions, separate fillable PDFs, and fully editable Word files.

Can our facility edit the sheets?

Yes. The clean PDF is the official presentation version. Facilities can type into the separate fillable PDF or use the Word version to change standards, role names, labels, and workflows.

Is the $59 a subscription?

No. It is a one-time payment for the current Founding Facility launch toolkit. There is no recurring charge.

When will I receive the files?

The Stripe confirmation page provides an immediate ZIP download. A backup copy and setup instructions will also be sent to the email used at checkout within one business day.

Does StarterOps replace our tee sheet, POS, scheduling, or fleet GPS?

No. StarterOps is the outside-operations execution layer that helps your team act on information from those systems.

Does this purchase include all future software?

No. The purchase covers the current launch toolkit. Founding facilities receive priority consideration for early Daily Ops Command Center access, but future software, integrations, or subscriptions are not included unless explicitly stated.

Can my whole facility use it?

The toolkit may be used internally by the purchasing facility and its outside-operations team. It may not be resold, publicly shared, or redistributed.

What if I have a purchase or refund question?

Email StarterOps with the address used at checkout. Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable law; no blanket refund guarantee is currently offered.
